We were passing through and stopped in to grab lunch. We ordered chicken burritos and chicken fajitas. Everything came with rice and beans, which my children devoured! The food was so delicious- seasoned and cooked perfectly. We also tried the chips and salsa- the salsa is homemade and has fresh onion in it- slightly spicy but just the right amount and the chips were warm and salty. I highly recommend this for lunch or dinner and my only regret is not getting pictures! Next time I will get pictures!

Borimex Restaurant is a pleasant place to stop for a meal. Very well lit and spacious. Definitely not overfurnished. We ordered 3 tacos between two of us and were charged the 3 taco combo price without asking. Food took a couple of minutes to arrive and was clearly freshly prepared. Close to US 23, so easy for travelers. Bathrooms clean, although the purse hook in the ladies could be moved to make it more useful. Broad menu.

This is my new favorite Mexican restaurant. The food is delicious. I would definitely recommend it. We got fajitas, cheese enchiladas, a bean burrito, and guacamole - all of it awesome.

My wife and I got the combo dinner that comes with a taco, enchilada, & burrito, with rice & beans and the shrimp fajitas! We also had their jamaica and horchata! Everything was excellent! Home cooking quality! We’ll be back!

We’ve been wanting to try this place as we drive by it often. We were greeted when we walked in, promptly ordered, and sat at one of the I think 7 tables. It was clean, well lit with background Mexican flavor music. The food was excellent and portions were ample. We order the 3 taco dinner which came with rice and beans and the combo meal. The beans were exceptionally tasty! Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

Love this place and it was my First visit today! We had chorizo with eggs and carne asada tacos for under 20. The food was amazing—so good the pic below is after 2 breakfast tacos in as I couldn’t stop eating for a pic The service was also great and everyone was really friendly. After we ate we stopped next door for some groceries and the grocery store is also worth it for cooking essentials, some dulces and hard to find hot sauce

Authentic street tacos. These took me home and the Suadero took me to a place I have never been. The flavor of the suadero is outstanding and is perfectly charred. The food is definitely worth it but it is a little pricey here. 3 bux a taco and 5 for the specials. Average person eats 3-4 steet tacos. The beans and rice were on point too. The flavors are all from homemade cooking. Nothing like this. Only two places in MI I have found that are no BS. This is one of them so far.
